My first time here. There was a snag with insurance. Receptionist was very patient as i called my insurance carrier. Dental hygienist Rachel explained exactly what she was doing, was gentle, and thorough. Doc was patient in explaining and pointing out on the x-rays (before and after i got my glasses on) where areas of fillings and repair work have been done and what may need doing i the future. Excellent experience. Thank you.

I was seeing as an emergency patient and I had two crowns placed the same day painlessly and with expertise!This is the most compassionate professional office I've ever been to! I hadn't been back to Bay Dental in 3 year's. After returning, I noticed the staff was friendly, the doctor was very nice and informative. I didn't feel he was trying to sell me on anything, and when I told him what was off the table he quickly adjusted accordingly. That is hugh for me. Overall, I would say I had a good experience.

I had a small emergency. They got me in quickly and solved the problem beautifully even though they were working against a deadline from the city that was shutting down water supply for the whole area for a couple of hours. They were efficient, yet caring. I really appreciated that!

Super impressed with the friendliness and the service. I have not been to the dentist since Covid for fear of getting yelled at but Cindy was patient and kind and made me feel like I could start fresh with my appointments and get back on track with my dental care. The doctor was extremely nice as well and took the time to explain my x-rays to me.

Very accommodating, professional and easy to work with. My dental hygienist (Pia) took her time to explain things, gave me several “breaks” during my cleaning and was very understanding and kind. After years of searching for a good dental team, I believe I found the one 2nd review on 3/25/26….outstanding! Had a cavity filled….in/out in less than 30 min, NO pain at all, and it feels perfect. Highly recommend! 3rd review on 6/10/26 Had zoom whitening with Missy. She was professional , on-time, very attentive and kind. Love my results!!

I was seen as a new patient today. I appreciated the pre-visit reminders sent to my phone. I was impressed with the kindness of the front desk check in person. The hygienist was welcoming, thorough and timely. The Dentist also came to review everything quickly. Would recommend the care at this office.
